At Chelsea Alliance, our brand Chelsea Diamonds offers a bespoke service where each custom-made piece is handcrafted to tell your unique story. Whether you prefer virtual consultations or in-person meetings, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life.
Getting to Know You:
The first step is getting to know you. Schedule a virtual consultation or an in-store appointment where our designer will meet you, understand your design inspiration, and address any questions you may have. You’ll be guided through the process for a personalized and unforgettable experience. Book an appointment to start your journey.
Sketching Your Jewellery:
Once we understand your preferences, our designers will begin sketching some initial designs for your review. You’ll have the opportunity to decide every detail, from the curve of the band to the angle of the diamonds. To begin designing, we require a £250 deposit, which is then deducted from your final invoice.
Your Diamond Selection:
After finalizing the design, we’ll offer you a selection of different diamonds tailored to your budget and requirements. Throughout the process, you’ll learn about the basics of diamond selection, including the 4Cs.
The Crafting of Your Jewellery:
Once you’ve chosen your diamonds and approved the design, our expert craftsmen will bring your dream piece to life. The design is sent to our goldsmiths, diamond setters, and polishers to ensure the highest quality. Crafting your jewellery may take up to 6 weeks, but if you require it sooner, please inform our team.
Ready to Be Collected:
When your order is complete, we’ll deliver it directly to your door in our signature Chelsea Diamonds green box. Your package will include your diamond certificate. Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our London office.
